Ban the "small" Business

Ban the “small” business I am not a huge fan of the term “small business owner” I use it only lightly because I believe people relate to it, however, to me it is a derogatory term. There is just no such thing! A “small” business owner doesn’t exist. We that choose to own, promote, and put our valuable time and money into a company are not at all “small.” Our companies mostly are formed originally from a passion we have all felt that could truly benefit others. Whether it is forming a dance studio which can bring children Joy, starting a skin care business that will help people with confidence, or working as a contractor to build families dreams.
We are all here because we are not comfortable conforming to the 5-7 job. A true business owner is made up of greatness and drive!
With all this I have made a decision to Ban the word “small” when it comes to business. In our society we have to have labels so the label I choose is boutique business! I hope you join me in my quest to build up our “boutique businesses.” Support local companies whenever possible, that way we know where our money is going. When you shop local your money goes back into your community. Let’s take back our community together I vow to visit my local businesses at every chance I get, I hope you will too.
